1. Free Rescheduling
We understand that apartment handover delays, painter schedules, or interior woodwork can cause unexpected timeline shifts. Devotees may reschedule their Griha Pravesh Puja to another auspicious Muhurat date without any penalty by notifying Pandit Diwakar Ji at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking entirely, please notify us as early as possible so that the slot may be offered to other waiting families during auspicious Tithis. If any advance deposit was paid for rare customized samagri procurement, refunds will be processed via UPI within 2 to 3 business days after deducting actual flower / fresh perishable expenses already incurred.
